Shivam runs Agent Loopr alongside Ladder, a B2B operating infrastructure firm. That combination keeps him close to both sides of the problem: how technology gets built, and how businesses actually use it.

He runs the same agentic stack inside Agent Loopr that the studio builds for clients: Claude Code, MCP servers, custom skills libraries, open-source models where they fit. If it is not good enough to run our own business on, it is not good enough to ship to yours.

Today he works with founders and teams across SaaS, e-commerce, consulting, and service businesses, helping them build technology that holds up long after launch.
