The Challenge

Demand outgrew the infrastructure behind it

Hot Inbox is a cold email agency running lead generation and appointment setting for B2B SaaS and service businesses. It was three months old when it hit a client-capacity constraint most agencies would envy — the demand was real, but the lead infrastructure behind it wasn’t built to carry it.

Every new client needed different prospect lists, targeting criteria, and campaign strategies, and each one meant more manual scraping, more time spent cleaning and validating data, and thinner margins from premium data vendors. Off-the-shelf platforms didn’t solve it either: Apollo’s data went stale at scale, Clay and ZoomInfo priced out the volume Hot Inbox needed, and one-size-fits-all tools couldn’t flex across clients.

Delivery still ran through the founder, who was building other ventures at the same time. Hot Inbox didn’t need another tool. It needed end-to-end infrastructure built around how the agency actually operated. That’s when they found Agent Loopr.

Our Approach

A lead engine built like a business, not a script

We worked in Embedded Mode, coordinating directly with the account managers running client delivery — so the system was built around real operating workflows, not assumptions about them.

A multi-source engine, not a single tool

Seven sourcing workflows — Google Maps, AnyMailFinder, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ICP segmentation, Captain Data, and GenSpark — cover different client verticals and strategies. It started on n8n; once volume proved out, we rebuilt the scraping automations in Python with Claude Code for scale.

An AI agent running on Claude Opus 4.8 reads every prospect’s name, title, and company context and normalizes it against Hot Inbox’s lead rules before it reaches a campaign — so messages at full volume read as personally written, not blasted.
