Our process

The Loopr Framework: Our development system for every project

Every project follows the same three-part framework. We keep quality, speed, and production standards consistent across every engagement.

01Build on tested ground

Library

Over the years, we've built an internal library of Claude Code workflows, MCP configurations, deployment scaffolding, agent templates, and reusable integrations. Every project starts with components that have already been tested and shipped in production.

02Stay continuously aligned

Loop

The product stays aligned with your priorities from day one. You get access to the ClickUp board, shared sprint goals, and as much involvement in the process as you want, so by launch you've already seen the product evolve in real time.

03Production-ready, signed off

Launch

Everything is tested, documented, and production-ready before it ships. Deployment, QA, security reviews, credential handoff, and final validation happen before launch, so the version you receive is the version that runs in production.

Engagement models

We work the way
that suits you best

Most clients stay for years. Here's how that starts.

Model 01

Project Mode

You tell us what needs to exist. We own the scope, build, and deployment end-to-end while you stay involved as much as you want. Most projects evolve into ongoing engagements after launch, though some remain standalone builds.

This was the model behind our work with Archaius Creative — a phased RAG build with backend infrastructure and quote workflows.

Best forFounders who need a product delivered and a technical team they can come back to.
Model 02

Embedded Mode

One of our developers joins your team, reports directly to you, and works inside your tools and stack from day one. Minimum 160 hours a month, one dedicated point of contact, no recruitment overhead.

This was the model behind our 6-month engagement with Bleu Nelumbo — development stayed continuously aligned with the founder, designer, and evolving product vision.

Best forTeams that need extra development capacity without a hiring cycle.

You do — fully. Every repository, credential, and deployment is handed over in your name at launch. We don't hold your product behind a retainer; the code is yours to run, extend, or take elsewhere.

A freelancer gives you one person's hours. We give you a system — a tested component library, a defined process, QA and security review, and a team that stays reachable after launch. You're not betting the product on a single calendar.

Ask what “done” means to them. A production-ready partner ships with deployment, QA, security review, documentation, and credential handoff — not a demo that works on their laptop. Everything we deliver is validated against the original PRD before sign-off.

No. We translate between product goals and technical decisions, run the board, and keep you as close to or as far from the detail as you want. You make the calls that matter; we handle the rest.

Launch is a checkpoint, not an exit. You keep the code and documentation, and most clients move into an ongoing engagement for new features, scaling, and support. If you'd rather take it in-house, the handoff is clean.

As involved as you want. You get the ClickUp board, weekly sprint goals, and standups as often as you like — but the process runs without you having to manage it. By launch you've already watched the product evolve.
