These terms govern your use of agentloopr.com. Read them before you use the site. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Agent Loopr is a brand operated by Droprave Online Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ABC-4520), with its registered office at Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. In these terms, "Agent Loopr", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Droprave Online Services LLP. "You" refers to any person or organisation accessing the site.
01. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms apply to your use of this website: browsing pages, submitting the enquiry form, booking a Discovery Call, and reading anything we publish here.
They do not govern client work. Every engagement with Agent Loopr is governed exclusively by the executed Proposal, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or Data Processing Agreement signed between you and Droprave Online Services LLP. Where anything on this website conflicts with those signed documents, the signed documents prevail in full.
Nothing published on this site forms part of any contract for services, and nothing here should be read as a variation of terms already agreed with us.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
03. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages of this site for your own internal evaluation of our services.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content from the site by automated means beyond standard search engine indexing. You may not republish, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit our content. You may not use the site to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our clients, interfere with the site's operation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
04. Enquiries, Discovery Calls and proposals
Submitting the enquiry form or booking a Discovery Call starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed.
We do not publish pricing on this website. Commercial terms are discussed on a Discovery Call once scope is understood, and are confirmed in writing in a Proposal or Statement of Work. Any figure discussed verbally or in early correspondence is indicative until it appears in a signed document.
Delivery timelines described anywhere on this site, including typical MVP timelines, reflect past engagements. They are not commitments. Actual timelines are set per engagement in the Statement of Work and depend on scope, dependencies, third-party access and your own response times.
Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. If either of us needs to share genuinely confidential material before an engagement begins, we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place first. Please do not send confidential information through the website form.
05. Our intellectual property
All content on this website, including copy, page structure, design system, illustrations, animations, diagrams, code, the Agent Loopr name and logo, and the Loopr Framework name, is owned by Droprave Online Services LLP or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on this site, including those of technology providers and clients, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates use of a technology or completion of a project. It does not imply endorsement beyond what is stated.
References to the Anthropic Partner Network describe our participation in that programme. They do not represent a joint venture, agency relationship, or any warranty by Anthropic in respect of our services.
06. Ownership of client work
This section states the position we apply across engagements. It is reproduced in each Statement of Work and the Statement of Work governs.
What you own. On completion of the engagement and settlement of all invoices due, you own the deliverable codebase built specifically for you, the repositories, the infrastructure and account access, the credentials, and the project documentation. We hand it over. We do not hold your product hostage against a retainer.
What we retain. We retain ownership of the Loopr Framework, our internal agentic skills library, reusable components, templates, integration blueprints, testing harnesses, tooling, and any generalised know-how, methods or techniques developed before or during the engagement that are not specific to your product.
Your licence to what we retain. Where any of our retained material is embedded in or necessary to operate your deliverable, we grant you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, host and sublicense that material as part of your deliverable, including after the engagement ends. You are not dependent on us to keep running what we built for you.
What that licence does not include. It does not permit you to extract our retained material and offer it separately as a competing product, library or service.
07. Third-party services
This site embeds and links to third-party services, including the Calendly scheduling tool. When you use an embedded service you are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their availability or content, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.
Systems we build may depend on third-party platforms, model providers and APIs. Their pricing, rate limits, availability and terms are set by them and can change. We are not liable for changes a third-party provider makes to its own service.
08. AI-assisted delivery and output
Agent Loopr builds using AI agents alongside human oversight. That is our stated delivery model and it is disclosed on this site.
AI systems, including the systems we build, produce probabilistic output. They can generate results that are incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose. Any AI system we deliver is designed with evaluation, testing and human review appropriate to its use case, and those measures are documented at handover.
You remain responsible for how you deploy and supervise a delivered system in your own environment, for the decisions you make on the strength of its output, and for compliance with laws and regulations applicable to your industry and jurisdiction. We do not provide legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and no system we build should be treated as a substitute for professional judgement in those fields.
09. Case studies, metrics and testimonials
Case studies, statistics, outcomes and testimonials on this site describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. They are published with client permission. They are illustrative and not a prediction or guarantee of results in your engagement.
Where a client has asked not to be named, we describe the work without identifying them.
10. No warranties for the website
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, in relation to the website itself.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
This section applies to the website. Warranties relating to delivered client work are set out in the applicable Statement of Work.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droprave Online Services LLP, its partners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this website, however caused.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to your use of this website is limited to INR 10,000.
Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the limitation of liability clause in the applicable Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, not by this section.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Droprave Online Services LLP and its partners, employees and contractors against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as our services, tooling or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Changes to these website terms do not affect any signed engagement document, which can only be varied in writing under its own terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of this website, and replace any earlier version of them.
